Aly N. Benitez, Esq.
Aly grew up in Central Florida before attending the University of Virginia, where she majored in American Politics and played Varsity Women’s Soccer. After her studies at Virginia, Aly attended Stetson University College of Law, where she received a full academic scholarship and completed her Juris Doctorate.
While in law school, she served as an elected Student Bar Senator, Vice President of the American Trial Lawyers Association and won Stetson’s annual Steve Yerrid Trial Competition. Aly also received her Masters in Business Administration from Stetson University School of Business.
After completing her studies, Aly joined the Benitez Law Group. Aggressive and client-focused, Aly has appeared on ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox as a legal expert. She has also received several prestigious awards including being named Super Lawyers Magazine “Rising Star”, Orlando Style Magazine “Legal Elite”, Legal Elite Magazine “Most Client-Focused Real Estate Lawyer”, Orlando Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” and receiving the “Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition” from Congressman Alan Grayson.
Aly published her first Best-Selling book “Against the Grain” in 2013 and currently serves as the Chairwoman for the City of Orlando’s Historic Preservation Board and Vice President of the Orange County Sheriff’s Foundation. Aly is also a licensed Realtor and founder of Pulse of Orlando, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and the first organization to distribute funds to survivors and families after the Pulse tragedy.

Aly concentrates her practice on business law and real estate matters. She prides herself on aggressively representing each client and making herself available to clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Aly is a licensed real estate agent and is active in a number of organizations including: Orange County Bar Association, American Heart Association, The Grace Alexander Foundation and Habitat for Humanity.
